In accordance with relevant provisions of Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of the Import and Export of Goods, the list of rare earth export enterprises, the first batch of export quotas of rare earth in 2013 and relevant mattes are hereby issued as follows:
I. The first batch of export quotas of rare earth in 2013 is calculated by reference to the export volume and amount of each enterprise from 2010 to January-October 2012. The export quotas of the first batch to be issued account for about 50% of total quotas in 2012.
II. Please issue such quotas to the relevant enterprises as soon as possible.
