Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang said Wednesday that there is no any external pressure on maintaining economic cooperation between his country and Russia.

He added that there was a “strategic partnership” between Moscow and Beijing.

“China is developing relations with Russia on the principles of mutual respect and mutual benefits. Russian-Chinese relations will not be affected by changing of the circumstances in the international arena. China does not face any external pressure in maintaining development of [its] relations with Russia,” Li told reporters.
