The 2016 G20 Summit will be held in Hangzhou, China from September 4th – 5th. Before opening of the G20 Summit, the Center for BRICS Studies of Development Institute, Fudan University will partner with Institute for International Studies of Tsinghua University, Center for Russian Studies of East China Normal University, Institute of South African Studies of Sichuan University, Institute of African Studies of Zhejiang Normal University, and Institute of World Economics and Politics of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to hold a seminar under the theme of “BRICS Cooperation and New Order of Global Governance in the Framework of G20” in Fudan University.
It is a pleasure to invite you to contribute your papers for this seminar. Papers that are collected will be published as proceedings or report.
1, Topics:
The seminar will focus on the following four sub-topics:
(1) Transformation of global political and economic order and development of G20 or BRICS countries;
(2) Functions of emerging mechanisms like BRICS cooperation and G20 in global governance;
(3) New routes and platforms for China to participate in global governance from the perspective of BRICS cooperation and G20;
(4) Major cooperation directions and representative cooperation fields of G20.
Please choose at least one sub-topic for your paper.
2, Requirement:
The paper should be between 8000 – 10000 words.
