Notification on Online Publicity of the List of Enterprises Preliminarily Passing the Annual Review of Rare Earth Export Qualification in 2013

In order to further strengthen export administration of rare earth and standardize export business order, in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of the Import and Export of Goods, the Online Publicity List of Enterprises Exporting Rare Earth in 2013 is hereby released for publicity.

 

I. Any person in objection to the list may submit its opinions in writing to the Department of Foreign Trade of MOFCOM before 17:00 December 21, 2012 (subject to the time of receipt of the fax).

II. This publicity is only seeking for opinions on the listed enterprises rather than receipt of new applications.

III. Enterprises to be reviewed shall provide relevant supplementary materials for review within the period of publicity; otherwise, any enterprise which fails to do so will be deemed disqualified in the annual review.

IV. After the publicity, the formula mode of rare earth in 2012 will continue to be used to compute the export quota of the first batch in 2013 based on export performance of relevant enterprises.
