In accordance with the requirements of MOFCOM Announcement No.66 of 2012 Promulgating the Application Procedures and Distributing Principles for the Allowable Import Quantity of Processed Oil (Fuel Oil) of Non-state Trade in 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the Announcement), China Chamber of Commerce of Metals Minerals & Chemicals Importers & Exporters (hereinafter referred to as “CCCMC”) examined and verified the materials submitted by the enterprises newly applying for allowable import quantity of fuel oil of non-state trade in 2013, and the Department of Foreign Trade of MOFCOM re-examined the situation of examination and verification. Totally 48 enterprises submitted application materials, 29 of which conformed to the requirements of the Announcement. The list of enterprises with complete materials, and those with incomplete materials and absent materials are hereby announced as follows for publicity from November 20 to 26, 2012. During such period, each relevant enterprise may still submit supplementary materials to the Department of Foreign Trade of MOFCOM and forward the same to CCCMC.
