Green Electric Wine Shuttles plans to operate locally-produced light electric vehicles in Franschhoek in Western Cape Province.

The company seeks an investment of R3-million to acquire10 vehicles, rent office space for logistics management, and suitable parking and maintenance facilities.

The electric vehicles will first operate within a 5km radius of Franschhoek, providing both hotel and vineyard shuttle services. It is anticipated that besides generating income from the shuttles and tours services, there is an opportunity to generate revenue from advertising. The business has the potential to expand nationally through franchising.

The vehicles, which are approved by SABS to operate on South African roads, are efficient as small town shuttles and are environment-friendly.

The return on investment and the involvement in the business will be mutually decided upon by the parties involved.

If you are interested in investing in the introduction of light electric transport in South Africa, you are encouraged to respond to this opportunity.
