On the afternoon of February 23, 2012, Mr.Zhang Wenxian, director general of Guangdong SME Bureau, with a team, visited Mr. Kywal DE Oliveira, consul general of Brazil.
Mr.Zhang Wenxian introduced the proposal for the reform of CISMEF Co-host Countries Mechanism and suggested that Brazilcould be one of the co-host counties in the 9th CISMEF or in the future.
Mr. Kywal DE Oliveira noted that although Consulate General of Brazil had been in the initial stage of building without Department of Trade Promotion, it would make its efforts to support CISMEF. The consul general kindly recommended Brazilian organizations for CISMEF Organizing Committee to seek cooperation, such as Economic and Trade Section, Embassy of Brazil, Brazil SME Promotion Bureau, Brazil-China Chamber. He stressed that Consulate General of Brazil would coordinate with these organizations to promotion the cooperation between CISMEF and Brazil.
