Starting today, international investors will find, in the same document, important information about the functioning of investments in Brazil. A Guide, created in conjunction with Brazilian governmental and private entities, gathers relevant data about legal aspects, tax incentives, financing, innovation and business opportunities.
The Guide accentuates the priority sectors and shows there are a variety of options and needs in the country, as explained by the Director of Corporate Management, Tatiana Porto, who is currently in Brussels for the launching of the Investment Guide. “We want to show that Brazil is open for investors and that the Government clearly intends to help them”, she adds.
The publication merges information from various governmental sources – Apex-Brasil and the Ministries of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, Foreign Affairs, and Agriculture, with support from the National Network of Information about Investment (Renai – Rede Nacional de Informações sobre o Investimento) – and it is destined to investors that are unfamiliar with Brazil, as well as to those who are already investing in the country and would like to expand their operations. It also presents business opportunities in sectors such as agribusiness, aerospace, automotive, renewable energies, petroleum and gas, semi-conductors, services, infrastructure and logistic, real estate and hospitality.
