New Delhi, March 12: European aircraft major Airbus is regrouping all its activities in India under a newly-created fully owned subsidiary called Airbus India.
It will under one umbrella cover areas like strategy, customer services, procurement teams and a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capability will be established at a later date.
Srinivasan Dwarakanath has been appointed Airbus India CEO and Charles Champion, EVP Airbus engineering and member of the Airbus executive committee, will be the chairman of Airbus India.
