He had been the staff of the Ministry of Machinery Industry Engineering Agricultural Machinery Division, Deputy director clerk, director clerk. He had been the staff of China National Construction & Agricultural Machinery Import & Export Corporation, department deputy manager, department manager, deputy general manager. He has taken his current position since January, 2007.
